Custodial Workers Have a Lot of Work to Do
Many areas in Brisbane these days are having problems in what are called “skips.” These are ones who will rent a place and only pay what is needed to take possession of their flat or apartment, only to move without any notice and, of course, non-payment of anything they owe. So custodial workers are always having to do a bin hire for these times of tenants vacating so abruptly.
One of the first things that needs to be done by the custodial person (or crew) is getting an overview of what is left behind and damage to the dwellings. It’s a shame, but these types of tenants usually do leave a great deal of damage whether it is to the appliances (not cleaning them) or the walls, doors or windows.
Finding out just how many household goods are left behind will let the clean-up person know whether he will need additional help or not.
